Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of product delivery.
- Made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed.
- Pickup will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, you must send the item to our return address yourself.
- Reverse pickup depends on the availability of courier service in your area.
- Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- A ₹100 logistics charge will be deducted during the refund process.
- Returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.
- All packaging materials (e.g., boxes, gift wraps, tags) are considered part of the delivery process and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
To return an item:
- Please raise a return request by emailing us at shop.streetbunny@gmail.com with a clear photo or video showing the brand tag and plastic seal intact.
- Once approved, the return pickup will be scheduled within 4–5 working days.
- After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
- Refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Eligibility for Refund
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached.
- The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the same condition as received.
- Gift cards and store credits remain valid for a lifetime.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If eligible, you may return the order after delivery as per our return policy.
- Refusing to accept delivery will be treated as a return, and a refund will be processed accordingly.
- Orders can be canceled before shipping through your account page or by contacting customer support.
- For pre-orders, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
- Products must be new, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed.
- A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must ship the product back manually.
- Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code/service area.
- Quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchange refusals after the product has been shipped will incur a ₹200 deduction from your refund.
- Exchanges or returns are not available for international orders.
- If you exchange for a lower-value item, no refund will be issued for the difference.
We recommend choosing a return + gift card instead, so you can use the remaining amount on your next purchase.
