We currently ship to most locations across India through trusted courier partners.
Please note:
- Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time or may not be available.
- We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable, as mentioned on product pages or during checkout).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.
- Standard delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you make the payment.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen logistics delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier partner name.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.
6. Order Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time:

- In rare cases of logistics or courier delays, we will coordinate with our delivery partners to expedite resolution.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take utmost care in packing and shipping your orders. However:
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging and product.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed by our courier partner.
- Street Bunny is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
8. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Products
For pre-orders or made-to-order items, shipping times may vary based on product availability and production timelines.
The estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the product page.
9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.
